An online workshop focusing on the basics of Lino, relief printmaking. This workshop is open to anyone who wishes to attend.
*For NL RESIDENTS ONLY we are offering a free print kit that includes the supplies necessary for the workshop! (supplies limited).
SCREENPRINTING
Don Wright Scholar Margaret Joba-Woodruff will teach you the basics of screenprinting in this afternoon workshop! It will combine drawing, painting and screenprinting to create one of a kind gestural monoprints!
MONOTYPE
Visiting artist Kaleena Stasiak will be teaching a collaborative monoprinting workshop participants would use their stencils in combination with the stencils made by other participants to create a suite of monotypes using the cultural symbology of the maritimes to create new historical narratives.
